When you purchase sound banks, sample packs, download free samples or use any other Howard Smith products, you agree to adhere to the Terms & Conditions set out on this page.

All materials come under a non-transferable lifetime royalty-free license. This means that only the purchaser has the right to use the sound in a commercial capacity. You can use the sounds in combination with other sounds within your musical works. You can release such compositions commercially without further payment of fees or royalties.

You cannot use banks, presets or samples to make another collection, or any audio sample collection.
You cannot place banks, presets or samples on any file sharing network.
You cannot sell or redistribute the sounds in an isolated manner on a website, on any kind of multimedia, audio or video production, unless it is part of a musical performance or in a composition with other sounds.

The presets contained within all Howard Smith products are the intellectual property of, and owned by, Howard Smith. Any unauthorised distribution, duplication or sale of any products is an infringement of intellectual copyright laws, and will be treated as such. This also includes the modification of and repackaging of patches.
